I am currently looking to rent out my master bedroom and ideally would like to have a tenant beginning February 1st but can work something out if it needs to be sooner or later. There are a lot of visitor spots and a specific numbered space for my house. My roommate has a cat and I have a dog in the house. Smoking cigarettes is permitted outside or in the garage, when the door is open, only. Price listed does not include monthly utilities for water, gas, electric, and FIOS internet/cable. The room has high cathedral ceilings, a beautiful view of the wooded area, and a large private bathroom. There are two closets; one is a walk-in and the other is standard (view photo). The bedroom is approximately 15ft' x 14ft not including closets or bathroom. The bedframe is available for tenant to utilize while renting room. If tenant is not interested in using the frame, it can easily be removed.The bathroom has a rather large Jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks, tons of storage space, and a stand up shower.
